Keokuk Man Arrested On Des Moines River Bridge For Animal Abuse Resulting In Death
Press release via the Keokuk Police Dept: On 8/16/23 at 8:22 pm, Officers with the Keokuk Police Department were dispatched to the Des Moines River Bridge in reference to an individual throwing a dog over the bridge.
