Clark County police are asking for public help in searching for suspect Patricia J. Gordy, 39, of Wyaconda, Mo.
Gordy is accused of several felony charges including first degree rape or attempted rape, first degree sodomy or attempted sodomy, armed criminal action, unlawful use of a weapon, first degree tampering with a motor vehicle, second degree burglary, and stealing more than $750 in value.
If you or anyone you know has any information that could lead to Gordy’s, also goes by PJ Gordy, arrest please call the Clark County Sheriff’s Office at 660-727-2416.
The Lee County Narcotics Task Force reported the arrest of Joel Tyler Bell, 33, of West Point, Iowa this past week at his place of residency on felony drug charges.
He is charged with two counts of delivery of less than five grams of methamphetamine, which are class C felonies.
If convicted, Bell faces up to 20 years in a state correctional facility.
The Lee County Attorney’s Office, Iowa Division of Narcotics Enforcement, and the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, assisted the Lee County Narcotics Task Force in this investigation.
The cause of a fire that damaged a Keokuk home on Palean Street this past week has been determined.
According to Keokuk Police chief Dave Hinton, Sophia McKenna Gregory, 20, of Hamilton, Ill., allegedly took a lighter and lit an article of clothing on fire.
She has been charged with first-degree arson which is a class B felony.
