GREAT RIVER PLAYERS ENTERS ONE-ACT PLAY COMPETITION 2017

The Great River Players will be entering a one-act play competition for the second time in 2017. The Tri-states area acting group entered into the competition, which is held by the American Association of Community Theater every two years, in 2015. The group enjoyed the one-act play competition so much that they are now announcing auditions for this year’s reprisal. This year’s AACT one-act state competition will be held March 16th through 19thin Marshalltown, Iowa with regional and national festivals to follow. Auditions will be held at the GRP studio on January 14th, 15th, and 17th for roles in Eleemosynary, a one-act play revolving around 3 female heroines from different generations. Anyone interested in trying out for the one-act play is encouraged to contact the great river players.
