This December we’re doing something very fun at Radio Keokuk. Well, we do fun stuff all year. BUT this December we’re pulling out all the stops….and surprising you. We are so thankful for all of the amazing businesses in town that we work with to make our business, Radio Keokuk, work. We also want to thank all of the individuals and organizations that have given so much to our venture. And in pure Radio Keokuk fashion our way of thanking you is busting into your business and making you sing Jingle Bells.
That’s right. Mike and Leah will be out in the community this month to give you thanks and hand you the mic. The Keokuk Area Community Foundation brings you “Jingle Bell Rock on the River”!
Here’s how it works. We pop in, round you up, and record your group singing “Jingle Bells”. We then air your amazing rendition of the holiday classic on each news cast on KOKX and Z93. Thats at 6 and 7am, noon, and 5pm. It will also be here on RadioKeokuk.com. The day after Christmas, the competition begins! Our listeners get to vote! They choose a favorite and that’s the winner! Check out our carolers so far below!
Join us for “Jingle Bell Rock on the River” brought to you by Radio Keokuk and the Keokuk Area Community Foundation! A great way to say thanks and have fun this holiday season!
