Spay and Neuter Program Extended

The Friends of Keokuk Animal Services has good news for anyone still looking to spay or neuter their pets. FOKAS had announced a special program to help qualified applicants subsidize part of the cost to have their animals fixed that was originally planned to run from February 20th through March 20th. Coordinator Jean Meyer was excited to inform the public that the program is still available but urged interested pet owners to hurry. Under the program, qualified applicants are charged only 20 dollars for the procedure for cats and 50 dollars for dogs.
